The street that NASCOP supposedly photographed me (I've
never seen the actual photographs) is Minnesota Avenue
between Meridian and Weaver. I've seen the van pretty much
every time I drive by now because of this citation. The van
parks at the point where Minnesota becomes a 2 lane road
from a 4 lane road (if you count all lanes its actually 6
because of a parking lane on each side. Minnesota Avenue is
a very wide road and its amazing the posted speed limit is
only 30 mph). I'll eventually add a google map to display
the street.
I wish I never gave in to the initial letter's request to a
photo copy of my driver's license. By doing so I gave up my
right not to provide testimony or evidence that can
incriminate myself. Live and learn.
